Fill an Application Form

After connection, companies need to fill an application form with some details about the company, as follows:

Company Application Form

This application gets reviewed by Monet admins. Once it is approved, an ERC-20 token contract will be created for the company, representing their on-chain point contract. The Name, Symbol, and Decimals of the token (point) are specified by the company already in the application.
